Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¼ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour spooned and leveled
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a big bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pumpkin puree, melted butter, and vanilla. Sprinkle the pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt evenly over the mixture, then stir to combine.
- Add the flour and stir until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies have a golden brown edge. Take them out of the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheets.
