  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter melted, cooled, and divided

TO SERVE:

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Nutella

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. While it warms up, place a baking dish inside.
  • In a large bowl or blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and 8 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix until it’s wonderfully smooth. Let the batter rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Once your oven is ready, take out the hot baking dish and give it a quick spray with non-stick spray. Add the remaining two tablespoons of melted butter, swirling it to coat the dish’s base.
  • Pour in the batter and bake for 25 minutes, or until the pancake’s top turns a beautiful golden brown.
  • Now, the grand finale! Drizzle Nutella over the Nutella Dutch Baby Pancake and garnish with fresh, sliced strawberries.
