Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of brioche sandwich bread
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs (whisked)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp half and half
  • A pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar for garnish


Instructions

  1. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin and say goodbye to the crust.
  2. Mix together softened butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the buttery goodness on the bread.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll it up.
  5. In a shallow plate, whisk together eggs, half and half, and vanilla extract.
  6. Dip the roll-up in the egg mixture, ensuring it’s nicely coated.
  7. Air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes or until it reaches that perfect golden hue.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with a side of maple syrup.
