Boursin Cheese Baked TikTok Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 5.2 ounce packages of Boursin Cheese (Garlic and Herb)
  • 2 pints of Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 10 to 16 ounces of Pasta *
  • 1/2 cup of Pasta Water reserved from pasta
  • 1/4 cup of Fresh Basil about 6 leaves
  • Optional: 1 cup of Fresh Baby Spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Place two rounds of Boursin cheese and tomatoes into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  • While baking, boil water in a large pot. Salt the water generously, then cook your favorite pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • Once the tomatoes are roasted, toss them with the cooked pasta and the reserved pasta water. Sprinkle fresh basil, spinach (if using), and parmesan cheese.

Notes

Tips:
  • Adjust the amount of pasta for a creamier or heartier sauce. I used 16 ounces for these photos, but 10 ounces can yield a creamier sauce.
