Banana Sushi

Ingredients
- 1 tortilla of your choice
- 2-3 tbsp almond butter or any other nut or seed butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 tbsp crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Spread almond butter on the tortilla and place a ripe banana on one side.
- Roll the banana tightly in the tortilla, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Dip the tops of the banana slices in melted chocolate, followed by the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Arrange them on a plate and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.

- Opt for a soft, bendable tortilla for the best results. Gluten-free tortillas work as well, but stiffer ones might break when rolled.
