tortilla of your choice

almond butter
or any other nut or seed butter

ripe banana

melted dark chocolate
1/4
cup
crushed freeze-dried strawberries

crushed pistachios
Instructions
Spread almond butter on the tortilla and place a ripe banana on one side.
Roll the banana tightly in the tortilla, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
Dip the tops of the banana slices in melted chocolate, followed by the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
Arrange them on a plate and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.

Notes
Opt for a soft, bendable tortilla for the best results. Gluten-free tortillas work as well, but stiffer ones might break when rolled.
Make it nut-free by using oat butter or sunflower seed butter.
