Baked Brie

Ingredients
- 8 ounces round brie
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup apricot jam
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Pinch of lemon zest optional
- Sprigs of thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking tray or rack with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil, and place the round of brie in the center.
- Make diagonal cuts along the top of the brie, just through the rind, creating a cross-cut pattern.
- Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over the brie, followed by the apricot jam and chopped walnuts.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and lemon zest over the top, and add a sprig of thyme in the center.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is soft and creamy.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy the warm, gooey goodness!
