Ingredients

  • 8 ounces round brie
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • cup apricot jam
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Pinch of lemon zest optional
  • Sprigs of thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking tray or rack with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil, and place the round of brie in the center.
  • Make diagonal cuts along the top of the brie, just through the rind, creating a cross-cut pattern.
  • Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over the brie, followed by the apricot jam and chopped walnuts.
  • Sprinkle red pepper flakes and lemon zest over the top, and add a sprig of thyme in the center.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is soft and creamy.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy the warm, gooey goodness!
