Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Line a baking tray or rack with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil, and place the round of brie in the center.
Make diagonal cuts along the top of the brie, just through the rind, creating a cross-cut pattern.
Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over the brie, followed by the apricot jam and chopped walnuts.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes and lemon zest over the top, and add a sprig of thyme in the center.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is soft and creamy.
Remove from the oven and enjoy the warm, gooey goodness!
