Treat yourself to a delightful nightcap with this Healthy Avocado Pudding! It’s rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying, made with just six simple ingredients. Making this avocado pudding is a breeze! All you need are a few ingredients and a trusty food processor or blender.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond BreezeĀ® Extra Creamy Almondmilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, maple syrup, cocoa powder, Almond BreezeĀ® Extra Creamy Almondmilk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the pudding into individual glasses or a large bowl with a lid, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  • When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, top with non-dairy whipped cream and cocoa nibs, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For best results, store the avocado pudding in an airtight container and consume within 4-5 days.
