In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, maple syrup, cocoa powder, Almond BreezeĀ® Extra Creamy Almondmilk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
Pour the pudding into individual glasses or a large bowl with a lid, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, top with non-dairy whipped cream and cocoa nibs, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For best results, store the avocado pudding in an airtight container and consume within 4-5 days.
