Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados peeled
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Almond BreezeĀ® Extra Creamy Almondmilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe avocados, maple syrup, cocoa powder, Almond BreezeĀ® Extra Creamy Almondmilk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the pudding into individual glasses or a large bowl with a lid, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
- When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, top with non-dairy whipped cream and cocoa nibs, and enjoy immediately!
