Upside Down Pear Tart

Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets 2 sheets
- 8 tbsp of honey
- 1 peach sliced
- 1 pear sliced
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey in a line on the parchment paper, leaving space between each.
- Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the honey.
- Place a puff pastry slice over the fruit and press gently to adhere.
- Spray with non-stick spray or brush with an egg wash.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
- Once baked, flip each tart over using a spatula.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, and enjoy warm.
Notes
- Feel free to use any preferred fresh fruit.
- After baking, flip the tarts over to reveal the fruit topping.
- Add a dusting of powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
