Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 8 tbsp of honey
  • 1 peach (sliced)
  • 1 pear (sliced)


Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey in a line on the parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  4. Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the honey.
  5. Place a puff pastry slice over the fruit and press gently to adhere.
  6. Spray with non-stick spray or brush with an egg wash.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
  8. Once baked, flip each tart over using a spatula.
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any preferred fresh fruit.
  • After baking, flip the tarts over to reveal the fruit topping.
  • Add a dusting of powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
