package of puff pastry sheets

of honey

Instructions
Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey in a line on the parchment paper, leaving space between each.
Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the honey.
Place a puff pastry slice over the fruit and press gently to adhere.
Spray with non-stick spray or brush with an egg wash.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
Once baked, flip each tart over using a spatula.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, and enjoy warm.
Notes
Feel free to use any preferred fresh fruit.
After baking, flip the tarts over to reveal the fruit topping.
Add a dusting of powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
