Upside Down Pear Tart

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets 2 sheets
  • 8 tbsp of honey
  • 1 peach sliced
  • 1 pear sliced

Instructions
 

  • Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey in a line on the parchment paper, leaving space between each.
  • Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the honey.
  • Place a puff pastry slice over the fruit and press gently to adhere.
  • Spray with non-stick spray or brush with an egg wash.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
  • Once baked, flip each tart over using a spatula.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any preferred fresh fruit.
  • After baking, flip the tarts over to reveal the fruit topping.
  • Add a dusting of powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
