Tiramisu Dip

  • 8 ounces about 1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
  • Ladyfinger cookies or biscotti for dipping
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream, espresso powder, and cocoa powder.
