Ingredients
- 8 ounces about 1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
- Ladyfinger cookies or biscotti for dipping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream, espresso powder, and cocoa powder.
- Use a hand mixer to beat until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip!
- Transfer the Tiramisu Dip to a serving bowl or individual cups.
- Generously dust the top of the dip with unsweetened cocoa powder using a fine-mesh sieve for an even and decorative finish.
