I’ll be honest, I’m not usually a fan of Frappuccinos, but homemade ones? They’re absolutely amazing, especially when they’re s’mores flavored! Picture this: marshmallow whipped cream, milk chocolate sauce, blended coffee on ice, topped with more whipped cream and a sprinkle of graham crackers. It’s the ultimate sweet summer treat to keep you cool.
Let’s dive into making the famous Starbucks S’more Frappuccino! It’s a summertime classic at Starbucks, but since they didn’t bring it back this year, we’re taking matters into our own hands to make it at home, and trust me, it’s even better. Picture layers of marshmallow whipped cream, milk chocolate sauce, and ice-blended coffee, topped off with more marshmallow whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients
For the chocolate sauce:
- 5 ounces of milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
For the marshmallow whipped cream:
- 1 cup of cold heavy whipping cream
- 7 ounces of marshmallow fluff
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
For the ice-blended coffee:
- 2 cups of ice
- 3/4 cup of cold brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup of whole or 2% milk
- 1/4 cup of vanilla syrup
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of instant coffee or espresso powder optional
Plus:
- Graham cracker crumbs for topping
Instructions
For the marshmallow whipped cream:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or using a hand mixer, beat the cold heavy cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
- Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, then beat again until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overmix, or it might get clumpy.
For the chocolate sauce:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring between each interval, until completely melted.
- Stir in the butter until the mixture is smooth.
For the ice-blended coffee:
- In a blender, combine the chilled brewed coffee, milk, vanilla syrup, ice, and optional instant coffee or espresso powder. Blend until thick and smooth.
To assemble:
- In a cup, start with a layer of marshmallow whipped cream at the bottom, followed by 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce.
- Pour in the ice-blended coffee, leaving some room at the top for more marshmallow whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, and enjoy your homemade S’more Frappuccino right away!
