Shrimp Stuffed Cheesy Bread

Ingredients
**For the Shrimp:**
- 1 pound of large shrimp deveined and chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
**For Assembly:**
- 1 French Bread loaf
- Challenge Butter Snack Spread
- Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- 1 to 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, red pepper flakes, basil, and oregano.
- In a saucepan, cook garlic and tomato paste in olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat, then add parsley.
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Cut the loaf in half horizontally and place it on a baking tray.
- Spread Challenge Butter Snack Spread and Lawry’s Seasoned Salt generously on the bread.
- Add the shrimp filling, then top with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Broil for 3 to 6 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm!
