Shrimp Stuffed Cheesy Bread

Ingredients
  

**For the Shrimp:**

  • 1 pound of large shrimp deveined and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley

**For Assembly:**

  • 1 French Bread loaf
  • Challenge Butter Snack Spread
  • Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  • 1 to 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, red pepper flakes, basil, and oregano.
  • In a saucepan, cook garlic and tomato paste in olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Remove from heat, then add parsley.
  • Preheat the oven to broil.
  • Cut the loaf in half horizontally and place it on a baking tray.
  • Spread Challenge Butter Snack Spread and Lawry’s Seasoned Salt generously on the bread.
  • Add the shrimp filling, then top with mozzarella and parmesan.
  • Broil for 3 to 6 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Slice and serve warm!
