Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2/3 cup creamy cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/3 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides or unflavored protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the shredded coconut on top.
