Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the shredded coconut on top.
Toast the coconut in the oven for 7-9 minutes until it turns golden brown, then let it cool.
In a medium bowl, combine half of the toasted coconut with the rest of the ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form bite-sized balls from the dough.
Sprinkle the remaining toasted coconut over the bites.
