Raspberry Custard Toast
- Category: Breakfast, Snack
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 single-serving container (about 5–7 oz. Greek yogurt (you can also use dairy-free yogurt, but keep in mind the custard consistency might be different))
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 2 slices of your preferred bread (I use white sandwich bread, but any bread will do)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (or any berries you prefer)
Instructions
- Start by gently pressing down the center of each slice of bread with a fork, creating shallow indentations to hold the custard.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spread the custard mixture evenly onto the bread slices, filling the indentations.
- Top each slice with the berries.
- If you have an air fryer, place the toast in it at 350°F for 12 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake it in the oven at the same temperature for 18-19 minutes.
- Once done, serve immediately and enjoy your delicious custard toast!
