Raspberry Custard Toast

Course Breakfast, Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 single-serving container about 5-7 oz. Greek yogurt (you can also use dairy-free yogurt, but keep in mind the custard consistency might be different)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 2 slices of your preferred bread I use white sandwich bread, but any bread will do
  • 1/2 cup raspberries or any berries you prefer

Instructions

  • Start by gently pressing down the center of each slice of bread with a fork, creating shallow indentations to hold the custard.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Spread the custard mixture evenly onto the bread slices, filling the indentations.
  • Top each slice with the berries.
  • If you have an air fryer, place the toast in it at 350°F for 12 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake it in the oven at the same temperature for 18-19 minutes.
  • Once done, serve immediately and enjoy your delicious custard toast!
