No need to boil the spaghetti for this oven-baked delight! It’s a simple dinner for any busy night.

Oven Baked Spaghetti

  • 1 pound of spaghetti not cooked
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce 16 ounces
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper adjust to taste
  • 5 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine all the ingredients, except the mozzarella cheese, in a baking dish. Give it a good stir.
  • Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes. Remember to stir it about 20-25 minutes in – don’t forget this step!
  • Once it’s out of the oven, sprinkle the top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake it uncovered for an extra 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and bubbly!
