Take each biscuit dough piece and roll it out with a rolling pin until it’s about ¼-inch thick.
Spoon some Nutella onto the center of half of the dough rounds.
Place another piece of dough on top of each Nutella-topped disc, then use your fingers to seal the edges together.
In a large pot, heat enough oil to reach 350°F.
Carefully place each biscuit donut in the hot oil, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
Set the fried donuts on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
If they’re not fully cooked in the center, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Roll each biscuit donut in a bowl of cinnamon sugar.
