Frozen Yogurt Raspberry Popcorn Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
For the toppings:
- Freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup of @lesserevilsnacks Celebration Popcorn
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend together the yogurt, raspberries, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet (I used a 1/4 sheet pan).
- Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries and popcorn on top.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
- Break it into delicious pieces and indulge! Store the leftovers in the freezer and take them out whenever you need a refreshing snack!
