In a food processor, blend together the yogurt, raspberries, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet (I used a 1/4 sheet pan).
Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries and popcorn on top.
Freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
Break it into delicious pieces and indulge! Store the leftovers in the freezer and take them out whenever you need a refreshing snack!
