Course Dinner
Servings 4

  • 4 pieces of salmon each about 4-6 ounces
  • 4 ounces 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic mashed
  • 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper

For the seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • Make a slit or pocket in each piece of salmon, about 3/4 of the way through, making sure not to cut all the way.
  • In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, mashed garlic, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
  • Fill each slit in the salmon with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it’s packed in well.
  • Mix together the seasoning ingredients and rub them onto each piece of salmon.
  • Place the stuffed salmon pieces in a greased oven-safe skillet (a 10-inch cast iron skillet works well).
  • Broil the salmon for about 13 minutes, or until it’s cooked to your liking.
  • Plate up your delicious stuffed salmon and savor every bite!
