Get ready for a powerhouse smoothie packed with fiber, protein, and ingredients that support your immune system. I love having this smoothie for breakfast because it keeps me satisfied for hours, but it’s also a great pick-me-up between meals. The best part? You can customize it to your liking and make it uniquely yours!

Tropical Green Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped kale any kind works, but I prefer curly kale
  • 1 cup of frozen mango or pineapple chunks I use 365 by Whole Foods Market brand
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder I used @truvani or plant-based collagen powder (@copinaco)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2- inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter I prefer 365 brand
  • 1 1/4 cups of almond milk
  • Optional: 1 packet of @beekeepers_naturals propolis + vitamin C liposomal


  • Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If you like your smoothie colder, you can add a few ice cubes.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.
  • Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy the goodness!
