Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon

**Frosting Topping (optional):**

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the oats, milk, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 to 4 hours until thickened.
  • The next morning, prepare the frosting by combining cream cheese, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and milk to make a glaze.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the oats and savor the deliciousness!

Notes
