Breakfast Pizza
- 1 tortilla (8-10 inches in diameter)
- 3 large eggs
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced olives
- Mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish.
- Place the tortilla on the greased baking dish.
- Crack the eggs onto the tortilla, spreading them out evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Spoon marinara sauce over the eggs.
