  • 1 tortilla 8-10 inches in diameter
  • 3 large eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced olives
  • Mozzarella cheese or your favorite cheese


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish.
  • Place the tortilla on the greased baking dish.
  • Crack the eggs onto the tortilla, spreading them out evenly.
  • Season with salt and black pepper according to your taste preferences.
  • Spoon marinara sauce over the eggs.
