Warm Feta Dip with Marinated Olives

Ingredients
For the Warm Feta Dip:
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup labne or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup water or milk or heavy cream
For the Marinated Olives:
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 1 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 4 cloves garlic finely grated
- 1/4 bunch fresh parsley
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Toss all the ingredients for the warm feta dip into a food processor. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture into a 10-inch skillet, then bake for 25-30 minutes until it’s melted and bubbly.
- While the feta dip works its magic in the oven, combine all the ingredients for the marinated olives in a jar or bowl. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
