Warm Feta Dip with Marinated Olives

Ingredients
  

For the Warm Feta Dip:

  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup labne or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup water or milk or heavy cream

For the Marinated Olives:

  • 1 cup chopped green olives
  • 1 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 4 cloves garlic finely grated
  • 1/4 bunch fresh parsley
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Toss all the ingredients for the warm feta dip into a food processor. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 10-inch skillet, then bake for 25-30 minutes until it’s melted and bubbly.
  • While the feta dip works its magic in the oven, combine all the ingredients for the marinated olives in a jar or bowl. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Once the feta dip is ready, spread the marinated olives over it, and voilà—enjoy the deliciousness!
