Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, strawberries, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Add sliced strawberries and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
