Vegan Monster Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup granola butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate hard shell candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together old-fashioned oats, oat flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
