Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup strawberries divided
- 1/4 cup plain dairy-free yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: granola strawberries, yogurt
Instructions
- Start by making the strawberry milk. In a blender, combine milk and half of the fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a jar, add oats, strawberry milk, dairy-free yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well with a spoon until combined.
- Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- The next morning, give the oats a good stir and add your favorite toppings. Try more yogurt, fresh strawberry slices, and granola for a delicious breakfast treat!

- Make your own strawberry milk for a healthier alternative.
- If you don’t have a blender, chop or mash the strawberries before adding them to the oats.
