  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or any nut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

**For the Strawberry Filling:**

  • 5 strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

**For the Toppings:**

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • Grease an oven-safe mug or 6-8 oz ramekin.
  • Blend all the baked oat ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour half of the mixture into the mug or ramekin.
  • Prepare the strawberry filling by microwaving strawberries and chia seeds, then mashing them into a smooth consistency.
  • Add the filling to the oats in the mug or ramekin.
  • Pour the remaining oat mixture on top.
  • Mix cinnamon and coconut sugar for the topping and sprinkle it over the oats.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes until the oats rise and become cake-like.
