  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup tahini or nut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup oat milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

**For the Frosting:**

  • 1/3 cup tahini or nut butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons oat milk or non-dairy milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

**For the Toppings:**

  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the brownie ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 19-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • While the brownies are baking, prepare the frosting by mixing all the frosting ingredients until smooth.
  • Once the brownies have cooled completely, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
  • Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles for an extra pop of color.
