- 12 ounces of drained spinach
- 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese

- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions

- 2 teaspoons of Aleppo pepper

**Egg Wash:**
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon of milk
**Assembly:**
- 4 sheets of puff pastry 17-ounce package
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- For the egg wash, beat the egg and milk together in a small bowl. Set it aside.
