Ingredients

**Filling:**

  • 12 ounces of drained spinach
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Aleppo pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

**Egg Wash:**

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

**Assembly:**

  • 4 sheets of puff pastry 17-ounce package
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • For the egg wash, beat the egg and milk together in a small bowl. Set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella, ricotta, cream cheese, parmesan, green onion, salt, black pepper, Aleppo pepper, and onion powder.
  • Roll out the sheets of puff pastry.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the spinach filling along one edge of the puff pastry sheet. Brush the edges with the egg wash.
  • Fold the pastry over the filling twice, ensuring not to fold more than that to allow the pastry to fully cook. Trim any excess pastry if needed and seal the ends tightly.
  • Cut each filled pastry log into three or four pieces.
  • Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure to space them apart.
  • Brush each roll with the remaining egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the rolls turn golden brown and are fully cooked through.
  • Get ready to enjoy these cheesy spinach rolls – they’ll disappear fast, so make sure to grab one while they’re hot!
