Pizza Puffs Little Caesars Copycat

Ingredients
**For the Garlic Butter:**
- – 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
- – 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
- – 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- – 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- – 1/2 teaspoon of salt adjust to taste
- – 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- – 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
**For Assembly:**
- – 1 pound of pizza dough
- – 1 cup of marinara sauce
- – 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- – 8 ounces of turkey pepperoni
- – Italian seasoning
Instructions
**Making the Garlic Butter:**
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, parsley, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Set aside.
**Assembly and Baking:**
- Brush each cup of a cupcake tin with the garlic butter.
- Divide the pizza dough into small pieces, roughly the size of ping pong balls.
- Place each dough ball into a cupcake tin, cover tightly, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Once the dough has doubled in size, gently press down the center and shape the edges to form a cup.
- Brush the inside of each cup with more garlic butter.
- Fill each cup with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, two pieces of pepperoni, more marinara sauce, one more pepperoni, and top it off with more cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving with ranch dressing. Enjoy your homemade pizza puffs!
