Brush each cup of a cupcake tin with the garlic butter.
Divide the pizza dough into small pieces, roughly the size of ping pong balls.
Place each dough ball into a cupcake tin, cover tightly, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Once the dough has doubled in size, gently press down the center and shape the edges to form a cup.
Brush the inside of each cup with more garlic butter.
Fill each cup with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, two pieces of pepperoni, more marinara sauce, one more pepperoni, and top it off with more cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving with ranch dressing. Enjoy your homemade pizza puffs!
