This treat is perfect for perking up your afternoon, as a quick dessert, or even as a midnight snack!
Peanut Butter Yogurt Cup
For the chocolate drizzle (Extra yummy!):
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
For the yogurt cup:
- 1 plant-based yogurt cup 4 ounces
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- crushed peanuts
- pinch of flaky sea salt
- To make the chocolate drizzle, pop the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 30 to 50 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds until it’s all melty and delicious.
- Now, add the peanut butter to the yogurt cup, giving it a good stir until it’s silky smooth. Quick tip: If you’re using coconut yogurt, give it a stir before adding the peanut butter to avoid any separation issues. Drizzle some of that melted chocolate goodness on top and gently spread it to the edges. Sprinkle on some peanuts and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Stick it in the fridge for 30 minutes, and voila! Enjoy your tasty creation!
