One Dish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/41/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Mash the bananas at the bottom of a baking dish (I used an 8×8, but any similar-sized dish works!).
  3. Add oats, chia seeds, milk, and protein powder (if using), then mix everything together.
  4. Sprinkle frozen berries, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut on top.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a bit, and enjoy your delicious baked oatmeal!
