No Bake Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate tahini or almond butter, cashew butter, or peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey, agave, or date syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips melted

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the dark chocolate tahini and maple syrup.
  • Add the almond flour and cacao powder, mixing until well combined.
  • Press the dough into silicon molds to form brownie shapes, or roll them into balls. Freeze for a few minutes while you melt the chocolate.
  • Dip each brownie bite into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place on parchment paper.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt before placing them in the freezer until firm. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Ensure you mix the wet ingredients before adding the dry ones.
  • If you don’t have a silicon mold, shape the brownie bites by hand.
