- 1/2 cup dark chocolate tahini (or almond butter, cashew butter, or peanut butter)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (or honey, agave, or date syrup)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dark chocolate tahini and maple syrup.
- Add the almond flour and cacao powder, mixing until well combined.
- Press the dough into silicon molds to form brownie shapes, or roll them into balls. Freeze for a few minutes while you melt the chocolate.
- Dip each brownie bite into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place on parchment paper.
- Optionally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt before placing them in the freezer until firm. Enjoy!
Notes
- Ensure you mix the wet ingredients before adding the dry ones.
- If you don’t have a silicon mold, shape the brownie bites by hand.
