Muddy Blueberries
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 pint blueberries make sure they’re firm, not soggy
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 2-3 30-second increments until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
- Place the blueberries in a bowl and pour the melted chocolate mixture over them. Gently coat the blueberries with the chocolate.
- Add the powdered sugar to the bowl. Cover it and gently shake it until the blueberries are fully coated, or you can use a spoon to coat them.
- You may need to add more powdered sugar until the blueberries are completely coated.
Notes
Pro tip: These muddy blueberries taste even better when they’re cold! After making them, refrigerate them for 20 minutes. Then, dig in and enjoy the deliciousness!
