In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 2-3 30-second increments until smooth.
Add the peanut butter to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
Place the blueberries in a bowl and pour the melted chocolate mixture over them. Gently coat the blueberries with the chocolate.
Add the powdered sugar to the bowl. Cover it and gently shake it until the blueberries are fully coated, or you can use a spoon to coat them.
You may need to add more powdered sugar until the blueberries are completely coated.
