Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a mini loaf pan or a regular-sized loaf pan with oil. You can also line it with parchment paper if you prefer.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Then, pour the batter into the mini loaf pan or regular loaf pan. Swirl your favorite jam on top.
Bake for 28-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. If you’re making one large loaf, it might take about 35 minutes.
Store the mini loaves in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or you can freeze them! Enjoy!
