Mini PB&J Banana Bread Loaves

If you don’t have a mini loaf tin, don’t worry! You can make one regular-sized loaf instead! Either way, this recipe is so delicious that you just have to try it (and did I mention you can make it all in a blender? 🤯).

Mini PB&J Banana Bread Loaves

In a blender, put in the following ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter I used @georgiagrinders
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup arrowroot or tapioca flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

For the jam topping:

  • 1/3 cup jam of your choice


  • Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a mini loaf pan or a regular-sized loaf pan with oil. You can also line it with parchment paper if you prefer.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Then, pour the batter into the mini loaf pan or regular loaf pan. Swirl your favorite jam on top.
  • Bake for 28-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. If you’re making one large loaf, it might take about 35 minutes.
  • Store the mini loaves in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or you can freeze them! Enjoy!
