Melt In Your Mouth Popcorn Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 4 cups of @lesserevilsnacks Himalayan Pink OR Himalayan Gold popcorn
  • 1 can of coconut condensed milk
  • Flaky salt for topping

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over LOW heat, gently melt the chocolate chips and condensed milk together, being careful not to let it burn.
  • Once the mixture is smooth and melted, stir in the popcorn until it’s evenly coated.
  • Turn off the heat and press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each compartment of an ice cube tray.
  • Pop the tray into the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  • Then, take them out, and it’s time to indulge! Enjoy every delicious bite! 🍫🍿
