  • 1/2 cup melted Challenge Unsalted Butter

  • 1 tablespoon Kewpie mayo
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Instructions

**Make the Garlic Butter:**

  • – In another bowl, mix together the egg, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, mayo, oregano, and grated parmesan until well combined. Set aside.

**Assemble and Bake:**

  • – Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • – Make three cuts across each brioche roll without cutting all the way down, creating six equal pieces.
  • – Using a piping bag, fill each cut and the center of the brioche rolls with the cream cheese filling.
  • – Dunk each filled roll in the garlic butter, allowing excess to drip off, and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • – Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • – Garnish with chopped parsley and grated parmesan after baking. Let cool before enjoying!

Notes

  • If you don’t have Kewpie mayo, regular mayo works too, but Kewpie is preferred.
  • You have three options for the bread: Use frozen dinner roll dough, ready-to-go brioche buns, or make brioche dough from scratch using your favorite recipe.
